Job Description

Netzschutztechniker / Inbetriebnahmetechniker Umspannwerke m/w/d | Lübeck, Germany | Hybrid We're hiring for a leading European player in the energy services sector, contributing significantly to the energy transition through innovative and sustainable infrastructure projects. The Role • Commission and test medium, high, and extra-high voltage electrical systems in substations. • Analyze and resolve faults in protection and control systems. • Configure and parameterize high-tech protection and field devices from leading manufacturers. • Utilize modern testing equipment for precise commissioning of digital protection and control technology. • Collaborate effectively with project management, planning, and installation teams. • Contribute to the development of energy transmission and distribution networks, including renewable energy parks. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training in electrical engineering. • Expertise in protection or control technology, with experience in commissioning switchgear. • Familiarity with communication standards like IEC 60870-5-101/103/104. • Experience with parameterization software (e.g., Siemens DIGSI, Schneider MICOM S1) and testing software (e.g., OMICRON TestUniverse) is advantageous. • Strong teamwork, responsibility, decision-making, and communication skills. • A valid driver's license (Class B) and willingness to travel within Northeast Germany.
