Business System Analyst III

IDR is seeking a Business System Analyst III to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Denver or Minneapolis. This role supports the Service Management Organization within a highly regulated industry, focusing on bridging business needs with technical ServiceNow solutions and enhancing service delivery processes.

Position Overview for the Business System Analyst III:

• Support the Service Management Organization by acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Translate complex business requirements into functional solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
• Facilitate requirements sessions, develop user stories, and collaborate on process improvements.
• Assist in backlog management, Agile delivery, and change management activities.
• Support implementation, testing, and post-go-live support for ServiceNow projects.

Requirements for the Business System Analyst III:

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst from highly regulated industries.
• Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow modules, particularly ITSM, Service Catalog, BCM, SecOps, SPM, HRSD, or Automation.
• Strong understanding of ITIL / IT Service Management processes.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and technical teams.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies, including backlog management and governance.

Compensation Details: $81/hr W2
