Senior Coupa Technical Lead

We are seeking a Senior Coupa Technical Lead with 8+ years of experience to serve as the primary technical expert for Coupa and procurement technologies. This individual will lead solution design, platform configuration, integrations, and technical initiatives while partnering with business stakeholders to enhance procurement operations and support future transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design, configuration, and support of the Coupa platform.
• Configure Coupa workflows, forms, business rules, and data structures to meet business requirements.
• Design, develop, test, and troubleshoot integrations between Coupa and enterprise systems using APIs, middleware, and data mapping.
• Manage Supplier Information Management (SIM), supplier master data, and procure-to-pay (P2P) processes.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and recommend the best approach (configuration vs. customization/integration).
• Evaluate platform enhancements, upgrades, and modernization initiatives.
• Serve as the primary technical advisor for business stakeholders, implementation partners, and vendors.
• Ensure data integrity and seamless integration across procurement and ERP systems.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on Coupa technical experience.
• Strong expertise in Coupa configuration, Supplier Information Management (SIM), and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
• Experience designing and supporting integrations using APIs, middleware, and data mapping.
• Strong troubleshooting, solution design, and technical leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience with Tangoe/Rivermine integrations or support.
• Familiarity with Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion, or other ERP platforms.
• Experience supporting procurement transformation, ERP implementations, or platform modernization initiatives.
