The Role • Engage customers with compelling product displays, knowledgeable advice, and exceptional service. • Meticulously prepare and portion fresh goods with a keen eye for detail. • Independently craft specialty items according to in-house recipes. • Implement creative ideas to drive sales and enhance product presentation. • Ensure outstanding product freshness, visibility, and strict adherence to hygiene standards. What You'll Need • Ideally, completed vocational training or prior experience in food retail or the hospitality industry. • A genuine interest in processing and preparing fresh meats and other fresh produce. • A passion for customer interaction and a love for the retail environment. • Strong customer focus, excellent communication skills, team spirit, and a sense of responsibility. • Willingness to work shifts between 6:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
