We're seeking accomplished Head Waiters and Senior Section Waiters for Margaret, a modern Australian restaurant showcasing the freshest sustainable seafood and produce, paired with a thoughtfully curated wine selection.

We're looking for experienced waiters who

• Possess strong knowledge and understanding of food and wine
• Are confident running a section
• Are well presented, professional and customer focused with strong attention to detail
• Communicate effectively and contribute to a positive, team oriented environment
• Remain calm, organised and efficient under pressure
• Are available to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
