Ocular Health R&D Engineer - Packaging and Device Testing

Help develop the packaging and devices that protect and deliver ophthalmic medicines at a global eye care company in Fort Worth, Texas. You will run testing, analyze data and document results that shape product design.

What you'll do

• Perform standardized tests per SOPs and test methods; focus on accuracy and repeatability.
• Execute equipment validation (IQ/OQ).
• Analyze test results, identify trends or failures and summarize findings.
• Write test protocols, reports and SOPs aligned with quality requirements.
• Support investigations and help improve designs and test methods.

• Bachelor's degree (Mechanical Engineering preferred) + 2 years of directly related experience, or a Master's degree.
• Hands-on technical testing and lab equipment use.
• Equipment validation (IQ/OQ).
• Technical documentation, problem solving and root cause analysis.

• Contract position, with possible extension
• Shift: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week
