Job Title: Microsoft CRM Functional Analyst

The Functional will:

·        Experience working on Microsoft CRM Dynamics 365

·        Guide operational users through UAT and testing scenarios  

·        Interpret technical test plans, user stories, and system workflows  

·        Help identify gaps between system behaviour and operational processes  

·        Document defects accurately for resolution  

·        Support go-live readiness and operational adoption

The Functional Lead is dedicated execution support to bridge technical knowledge and operational testing, ensuring the system is validated correctly before rollout.
