The Role

• Support the implementation of quality management measures and participate in internal and external audits.
• Collaborate closely with facility management and the Total Quality Management team.
• Ensure high standards of nursing care are met in compliance with all legal requirements.
• Play a key role in shaping and advancing nursing and care processes.
• Integrate current nursing and scientific findings into daily practice.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in elderly care or general nursing.
• Recognized further training as a nursing manager.
• Demonstrated empathy and leadership capabilities.
