Impact-Driven Enterprise Change Lead (Hybrid)

Transport for NSW is seeking a senior Change Manager to design and deliver enterprise wide change across People & Workforce programs from its Macquarie Park base. You will lead end to end change delivery, shape change strategies and engage stakeholders to secure adoption of new policies and practices.

The role requires extensive experience in complex environments, strong facilitation and communication skills, and the ability to mentor teams while driving continuous improvement.
