Frontend Engineer (React/Types) Robotics ( Need Local To NYC Only F2F Interview Required)

Primary Need

Looking for a strong senior individual contributor, not a people manager.

Ideal candidate should:

• Be able to hit the ground running with minimal onboarding.
• Partner effectively with Product, Design, and Engineering teams.
• Mentor junior engineers through technical guidance.
• Take ownership of features from design through delivery.
• Help prioritize work and provide technical leadership within the sprint.
• Work independently without requiring day-to-day oversight.

Technical Requirements (Front End)

Core technologies:

• React
• TypeScript
• Micro Frontends

Modern front-end experience is expected.

Preferred Experience

Candidates coming from:

• Medium-to-large enterprise organizations
• Financial services (nice to have)
• Companies with mature engineering processes

Less interest in candidates whose experience has been exclusively at startups due to differences in development processes and organizational scale.

Domain Experience

Highly desirable:

Experience building customer acquisition experiences, including:

• Multi-step forms
• Onboarding workflows
• Customer acquisition funnels
• Application journeys

Examples include:

• Banking
• Financial services
• Large enterprise customer onboarding

React Hook Form experience and complex form management are viewed positively.
