We specialize in scalable fitness concepts, empowering over 150 franchisees with a strong partnership and a clear vision for market success. The Role • Build and lead your own fitness studio as an entrepreneur. • Oversee all aspects of business operations including personnel, revenue, costs, and quality. • Motivate, lead, and develop your team to ensure high performance. • Drive local marketing initiatives and member acquisition strategies. • Guarantee an exceptional studio experience for all members. • Uphold and implement the brand and quality standards of the company. What You'll Need • Personal equity investment of €25,000 to €75,000. • Strong entrepreneurial mindset and ability to act independently. • Proven leadership skills and a collaborative team spirit. • Passion and drive to build and grow your own business. • Prior experience in fitness, services, management, or sales is desirable, but not mandatory. • Enthusiasm for fitness, health, and working with people.
