Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Solution Architect with expertise in ERP-led business transformation programs and hands-on experience with Oracle ERP Cloud/Fusion implementations. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of end-to-end business processes including Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Record-to-Report (R2R), Supply Chain, and enterprise architecture. This role requires strong leadership, business consulting, and solution architecture capabilities to drive enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide ERP transformation initiatives and solution architecture design.
• Translate business strategies into scalable technology solutions.
• Define future-state business processes, operating models, and enterprise system landscapes.
• Conduct workshops with business stakeholders, executive sponsors, and process owners.
• Gather, document, and validate business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Perform business process analysis, fit-gap assessments, and solution blueprinting.
• Drive architecture governance and business process harmonization.
• Lead Oracle ERP Cloud/Fusion implementation activities from design through deployment.
• Collaborate with functional, technical, and integration teams throughout project delivery.
• Ensure ERP capabilities align with business objectives and operational excellence.
• Support data migration, master data management, enterprise integrations, and change management.
• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance across cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in Solution Architecture or ERP Transformation.
• 7+ years leading Oracle ERP Cloud/Fusion implementation projects.
• Strong expertise in:
  • Oracle ERP Cloud/Fusion
  • Oracle EBS / SAP ERP (preferred)
  • Business Process Architecture
  • Enterprise Transformation
  • Business Process Re-engineering

• Strong knowledge of enterprise integration concepts.
• Experience with data migration and master data management.
• Expertise in solution blueprinting and architecture governance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile and Hybrid delivery environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle ERP Cloud Certification.
• TOGAF Certification.
• SAP Certifications.
• Experience with CRM, eCommerce, and Supply Chain platforms.
• Background in Manufacturing, Retail, Distribution, Logistics, or Supply Chain industries.
• Experience leading global transformation programs.

Education

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
