The Role • Lead the structural and content development of a new child and adolescent psychiatry unit. • Take charge of a newly formed multidisciplinary team within child and adolescent psychiatry. • Oversee the diagnosis and treatment of children and adolescents, including creating and supervising individual treatment plans. • Establish and implement procedures for systematic measurement and evaluation of treatment outcomes. • Foster interdisciplinary collaboration with psychosomatic clinics for patient care and professional exchange. • Engage in in-house training and potentially contribute to research and national/international congresses. What You'll Need • Board certification as a specialist in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. • Several years of clinical experience as a Senior Consultant in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. • A strong desire to actively shape structures and professionally lead a new unit. • Proven experience in team leadership and guiding development processes. • Enthusiasm for building a new multidisciplinary team and developing sustainable structures. • Excellent professional expertise coupled with strong social competence and an open-minded approach.
