New York City, NY or Manhattan NY- HYBRID 50% Onsite and 50% Remote
“We are looking for a senior Data Engineer. The candidate should have 7+ years’ experience with Data Lake/Data Analytics/Data Strategy."
Job duties:
- Elicit data related business goals and objectives from OTDA and OCFS.
- Establish a data architecture roadmap for the program.
- Establish and implement a data lake and analytics reference architecture for the program.
- Manage the data implementation plan for the three main IES Workstreams.
- Develop a reporting and analytics product that will be utilized by OTDA and OCFS.
- Create an implementation framework that the 3 workstreams can follow to utilize the data products.
Required experience and skill include:
- Developing data solutions from requirements gathering to post-production operation.
- Development of technology roadmaps and project plans.
- Development of detailed architecture documentation, including architecture models and specifications.
- Implementation mission critical data systems on wither Databricks and/or AWS.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
