I'm currently recruiting for an experienced SC-cleared GCP Cloud Engineer to join a contract engagement supporting a highly secure technical programme. This role will focus on building, managing and optimising cloud infrastructure within Google Cloud Platform (GCP), ensuring scalable, secure and resilient cloud environments.
The Opportunity

• Outside IR35
• Contract role
• Active SC clearance required
• Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environment

What We're Looking For

• Strong commercial experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Proven background designing, implementing and maintaining cloud infrastructure
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code, ideally using Terraform
• Good understanding of cloud networking, IAM and cloud security best practices
• Experience with Kubernetes/GKE and containerised workloads
• Scripting and automation skills (e.g. Bash, Python or similar)
• Previous experience working within secure or highly regulated environments
