Job Description
As an Analyst, Data & Insights, you won't just crunch numbers-you'll partner with teams across the business to uncover insights, solve problems, and help shape smarter, more human-centered services. We're looking for someone who's curious, collaborative, and confident with data. Whether you're building dashboards, deep-diving into a business challenge, or spotting opportunities in a sea of data, your work will drive real change for real people.
What you'll do- Build and maintain intuitive, reliable dashboards (primarily using SQL and Tableau) that track performance across key metrics.
- Dive into data to help teams across Mable understand what's happening-and why.
- Partner with product managers, operations, and other stakeholders to explore opportunities and inform decisions.
- Identify and solve real-world problems through structured analysis and compelling storytelling.
- Design new reports and uplift existing ones, helping operations teams move toward self-service insights.
- Stay close to product and business developments, outlining data implications for new features and processes.
- Ensure all analysis aligns with Mable's privacy and security policies.
- Contribute to a collaborative, feedback-rich analytics culture, learning from your peers!
- 1-2 years experience in data analysis with a track record of delivering actionable insights.
- Fluent in SQL and comfortable transforming and structuring data to get what you need.
- Know your way around Tableau or a similar data visualisation tool and can build beautiful, useful dashboards.
- Can explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders-whether in a meeting or a slide deck.
- Love solving messy problems and thrive in ambiguity.
- Enjoy working cross-functionally and understand how to influence without authority.
- Experience with Python (especially PySpark) and familiarity with Databricks.
- Exposure to machine learning projects or working closely with data scientists.
- Git knowledge or experience with version control in a data context.
