โข Own the product delivery roadmap from inception to launch, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery.
โข Lead and mentor cross-functional product, engineering, and QA teams, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
โข Define and implement robust project plans, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies.
โข Drive continuous improvement of delivery processes, methodologies, and tooling across the organization.
โข Champion enterprise SaaS best practices for scalability, security, and compliance across all releases.
โข Collaborate closely with stakeholders to capture, analyze, and incorporate feedback into product iterations.
โข Produce clear, concise technical documentation, user guides, and release notes for internal and external audiences.
โข Ensure seamless system integration with thirdโparty applications and APIs, coordinating with external vendors as needed.
โข Monitor and report on key performance indicators, delivery metrics, and project health dashboards.

โข Proven track record of managing multiโdisciplinary teams and delivering complex, timeโcritical projects.
โข Strong proficiency in technical writing, with the ability to produce clear, userโfriendly documentation.
โข Deep understanding of system integration concepts, APIs, and cloud architecture.
โข Expertise in Agile and hybrid project management frameworks, including PMP or equivalent certification.
โข Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying technical details to nonโtechnical stakeholders.
โข Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder expectations and drive consensus across diverse groups.
โข Strong analytical mindset, with experience in dataโdriven decision making and metrics tracking.
