IT Support - Antwerpen & Brussels

Description:

We are looking for an IT Support / IT Care Technician to join our team in Belgium.

Your responsibilities:

• Install, distribute and maintain end-user hardware and software (devices, printing, workplace software)

• Handle service requests and access management

• Provide user support and accurately log technical incidents

• Analyze tickets and metrics to identify recurring issues

• Suggest technical improvements to enhance user experience and team efficiency

Your profile:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in an IT Service Desk environment

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or Engineering — or equivalent experience

• Proficient with: Windows, Office 365, Intune, Active Directory, ITIL

• Fluent in French and Dutch (mandatory) , good command of English in an IT context

• Customer-oriented, strong communicator, team player
