Description:
We are looking for an IT Support / IT Care Technician to join our team in Belgium.
Your responsibilities:
Install, distribute and maintain end-user hardware and software (devices, printing, workplace software)
Handle service requests and access management
Provide user support and accurately log technical incidents
Analyze tickets and metrics to identify recurring issues
Suggest technical improvements to enhance user experience and team efficiency
Your profile:
Minimum 4 years of experience in an IT Service Desk environment
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or Engineering — or equivalent experience
Proficient with: Windows, Office 365, Intune, Active Directory, ITIL
Fluent in French and Dutch (mandatory) , good command of English in an IT context
Customer-oriented, strong communicator, team player
Practical information:
Hybrid working model — Belgium
Start: as soon as possible
