Program Manager – Healthcare Payer PMO

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with strong healthcare payer and PMO experience. This is a non-technical, client-facing role requiring excellent communication, cross-functional leadership, and experience managing complex projects and committees.

Key Requirements

• 8+ years of program/project management experience, preferably within a healthcare payer PMO.
• Experience working for or with large healthcare payers or
• Strong experience in PMO/program office operations, governance, and project management.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects, committees, stakeholders, risks, and deliverables.
• Experience with Managed Care Organizations (MCOs) and healthcare benefit administration preferred.
• Familiarity with payer platforms such as Facet is a plus.
• PMP certification strongly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.

Ideal Candidate: A seasoned program leader with deep healthcare payer PMO experience who can work effectively with senior stakeholders, lead cross-functional initiatives, and drive projects from planning through execution.
