The Role

• Lead integration and test program planning and execution for verification and validation activities.
• Develop and execute complex software and/or hardware test plans and procedures for system-level testing of radar systems.
• Lead complex integration activities and the development of test environments and tools.
• Provide mentoring, technical guidance, and coaching for less-experienced engineers.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand customer requirements and establish test criteria.
• Contribute to the adoption of new design and development approaches to improve overall quality and speed of implementation.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or Mathematics (Master's preferred).
• 15+ years of experience in a technical environment, with a primary focus on Test Engineering.
• Proven background in Radar-focused software and hardware system integration and test activities.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with cross-functional experience.
• Experience with hands-on Radar Systems, functional, and performance testing.
• Proficiency with C++ and Linux, digital hardware, and MATLAB for tool development/systems analysis.
