We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support enterprise Agile delivery initiatives within the Banking domain. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in Agile/Scrum methodologies, SDLC, stakeholder management, and enterprise-scale software delivery. The ideal candidate will drive Agile best practices, remove delivery impediments, and help cross-functional teams deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced banking environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement sessions.

• Partner closely with Product Owners to manage, prioritize, and refine the product backlog.

• Track sprint progress, monitor team velocity, and ensure successful delivery of sprint commitments.

• Identify, manage, and remove impediments impacting team productivity and project delivery.

• Coach Agile teams on Scrum principles, Agile best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Promote transparency by maintaining Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown charts, sprint reports, and team performance dashboards.

• Collaborate with Product Management, Development, QA, Architecture, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment across teams.

• Drive effective communication between cross-functional teams and leadership.

• Support organizational Agile transformation initiatives and ensure adherence to governance, compliance, and delivery standards.

• Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture focused on quality, accountability, and continuous learning.

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of overall IT experience with a minimum of 5 years working as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.

• Strong knowledge of Scrum framework, Agile methodologies, and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• Hands-on experience with Agile project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.

• Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.

• Experience tracking Agile metrics including velocity, burndown charts, sprint health, and team performance.

• Experience supporting enterprise software development teams in Agile environments.

• Banking or Financial Services industry experience is required.

• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and leadership abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent Scrum certification.

• Experience with SAFe or other enterprise Agile frameworks.

• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise Agile transformations.

• Familiarity with Agile governance, compliance, and risk management practices.
