The Role

• Engage in practical phases at a local partner company to apply academic knowledge.
• Choose from five specializations from the 3rd semester onwards: Accounting & Controlling, Tax Consultancy, Social Management, Trade Management, or Logistics Management.
• Support budget planning, market analysis, and the creation of monthly management reports.
• Analyze processes, identify weaknesses, and propose optimization strategies.
• Contribute to planning and implementing strategic initiatives.

What You'll Need

• Completed secondary school qualification (Abitur/Fachabitur) or a recognized vocational qualification.
• German language proficiency at B2 level.
• Strong understanding of mathematics and analytical thinking.
• Logical reasoning and a high degree of responsibility.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Good English language skills.
