The Role • Function as a Cashier and/or Stocker, taking a lead role in the absence of store management. • Assist in setting and maintaining plan-o-grams and merchandising programs. • Provide exemplary customer service to shoppers. • Unload trucks, process incoming merchandise, and stock shelves. • Operate the cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments. • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment. What You'll Need • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages. • Knowledge of cash handling procedures, including accountability and deposit control. • Familiarity with operating cash registers and scanning equipment. • Strong understanding of safety policies and practices. • Effective interpersonal and communication skills. • Ability to read and follow merchandising and plan-o-gram guidance.
