Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and drivenBusiness Development and Capture Manager to join our growing team. This role is responsible forgrowth through existing and new account expansionin the public sector. The individual will focus on building long-term client relationships and driving business growth. 
 
Key Responsibilities: 
  • Own the full sales cycle— from prospecting and engagement through negotiation and contract closure. 
  • Collaborate with proposal delivery and executive team to ensure successful capture and revenue growth. 
  • Maintain log of client interactions, pipeline activity, and forecasts using CRM tools. 
  • Manage and renewclient contracts to ensure continued satisfaction and retention. 
  • Identify and pursue opportunitiesfor growth through upselling and cross-selling Allwyn’s service offerings. 
  • Identify teaming partners and manage relationships with key partners. 
 
Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor’s degreehighly preferred. 
  • 3-5 years of professional experience, ideally in sales, business development, or account management roles for a technology services company, preferably a small-medium business. 
  • Experience working with sales in the public sector market. 
  • Proven ability to engage withexecutive-level stakeholders and drive business growth. 
  • Demonstratedsales acumen,strategic thinking, andrelationship buildingcapabilities. 
  • Acompetitive and goal-oriented mindset, with a strong drive to exceed performance targets. 
  • Excellentcommunication,presentation, andnegotiation skills.
