Azure cloud Architect

equired Industry Experience

•            12+ years of experience in cloud, infrastructure, platform engineering or technology architecture roles.

•            7+ years of hands-on Azure architecture experience, preferably in enterprise or regulated environments.

•            3+ years of experience with Terraform-led infrastructure automation and reusable platform engineering patterns.

•            Experience delivering cloud platforms for healthcare, financial services, insurance, or similarly regulated industries is strongly preferred.

•            Demonstrated ability to lead multiple engineering workstreams, mentor senior engineers and communicate effectively with C-suite and architecture review boards.

Required Technical Experience

•            Azure Landing Zone, CAF, subscription design, network segmentation, private endpoints, ExpressRoute, DNS, WAF, NSG, UDR, Key Vault and managed identities.

•            Terraform, Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions/Jenkins/GitLab CI, Git branching, pull-request governance, deployment gates and environment promotion.

•            AI Gateway / LLM Gateway patterns using Azure APIM or equivalent, model routing, content safety, semantic cache, token quotas and prompt/response logging.

•            Observability using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, OpenTelemetry, dashboards, SLOs, alerting and operational runbooks.
