Merchandising Supervisor

Core-Mark is seeking a Merchandising Supervisor to lead in-store merchandising execution for convenience retail customers. In this role, you will supervise a team of merchandisers, ensure planogram and display compliance, and optimize product placement to drive sales and profitability. You will coordinate resets, launches, and seasonal programs, track inventory and shelf conditions, and partner closely with sales, operations, and vendor partners. The ideal candidate brings strong retail or wholesale merchandising experience, leadership skills, data-driven decision-making, and a customer-first mindset aligned with Core-Mark's values.

Responsibilities

• Lead and schedule a team of merchandisers across assigned retail locations
• Ensure planogram, display, and pricing compliance in customer stores
• Execute resets, product launches, and seasonal merchandising programs
• Monitor inventory levels, shelf conditions, and out-of-stocks
• Analyze sales and merchandising data to optimize product placement
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and vendor partners on promotions
• Train and coach team members on merchandising standards and safety
• Prepare reports on store visits, execution quality, and performance metrics
