Head of Data Analytics

As the Head of Data Analytics, you'll lead the charge in turning data into actionable insights across the business. This role reports into an experienced Chief Marketing Officer, and will be pivotal in transforming the commercial team into a data-led engine.

Client Details Our client are a PE-backed B2B services company with offices accessible from Greater Manchester. Offering a variety of FM and maintenance services, they are a market leader in their industry. Description The key responsibilities for the Head of Data Analytics will include:

Develop and implement data analytics strategies to support marketing initiatives.<br />Lead a team of analysts to deliver actionable insights and reports.<br />Partner with teams in marketing, sales, operations, and technology teams to translate data and insights into actionable strategy.<br />Generate reports that help to drive ROI.<br />Act as Data Champion for the business - driving adoption of BI tools across teams.<br />Oversee data collection, cleansing, and analysis processes.<br />Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.<br />Evaluate and improve current analytics tools and methodologies.<br />Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders.Profile A successful Head of Data Analytics should have: 8+ years experience in a data and/or analytics focused role<br />Proficiency in SQL.<br />5+ years experience in a lead generation focused commercial role<br />Ability to work in a fast-paced, target driven environment.<br />Team leadership experience<br />Exposure to working in a PE-backed environment is highly advantageous<br />Strong expertise in data analysis, interpretation, and presentation.<br />Hands on experience using Power BI.<br />Experience utlising automation platforms would be advantageous, inc salesforce, dynamics or Hubspot.<br />Exceptional stakeholder management skills.<br />Knowledge of data privacy and security regulations.<br />The ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.Job Offer On offer for the successful Head of Data Analytics:
