The Role • Ensure an exceptional shopping experience for customers. • Support the Assistant Store Manager, including training and guiding the team. • Handle a variety of tasks in both the sales floor and stockroom. • Manage incoming goods, inventory on the sales floor, and product freshness. • Perform cashier duties and assist with stockroom organization and cleaning. What You'll Need • A strong work ethic and a passion for teamwork. • A completed apprenticeship in retail, or relevant experience, or transferable skills. • A friendly demeanor and enjoyment in customer interaction. • A proactive approach to work, with an aptitude for efficient and accurate task completion. • Flexibility, team spirit, organizational talent, and potentially leadership experience. • Good German language skills (minimum B1 level) for effective customer communication.
