Position Summary

The Program Manager will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of a large-scale mobile application rollout across multiple business functions, regions, and stakeholder groups. This individual will be responsible for managing the overall program from planning through deployment, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with business objectives.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience managing enterprise mobile application implementations, coordinating cross-functional teams, mitigating risks, and driving organizational change in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Program Leadership

• Lead the end-to-end rollout of enterprise mobile applications.
• Develop and maintain the overall program roadmap, milestones, and implementation strategy.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams to ensure successful delivery.
• Manage dependencies across business, technology, infrastructure, security, and vendors.

Project Management

• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Monitor progress against milestones and proactively address issues.
• Track deliverables and ensure adherence to timelines.
• Manage risks, assumptions, dependencies, and mitigation plans.

Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for executive leadership and business stakeholders.
• Facilitate steering committee meetings and executive status updates.
• Build strong relationships across IT, Product, Operations, Compliance, Quality, Security, and business teams.
• Drive decision-making through clear communication and issue resolution.

Mobile Deployment & Readiness

• Coordinate application deployment activities across multiple sites or business units.
• Oversee user readiness, communications, and training efforts.
• Ensure operational readiness prior to production deployment.
• Coordinate go-live support and hypercare activities.

Vendor Management

• Manage third-party implementation partners and software vendors.
• Track vendor deliverables and contractual commitments.
• Ensure vendors meet quality, schedule, and budget expectations.

Change Management

• Partner with business leaders to drive organizational adoption.
• Develop rollout communications and change management plans.
• Identify adoption risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Governance & Reporting

• Maintain program governance documentation.
• Prepare executive dashboards highlighting:
  • Schedule
  • Budget
  • Risks
  • Issues
  • Resource utilization
  • Overall program health
• Escalate critical issues with recommended solutions.
