General Laborer - $19/hr.

National Star Services, a facility management company with over 28 years of nationwide experience, is currently hiring reliable and hardworking General Laborers to support operations at a transportation facility in Sweetwater, TX 79556.

This is an outdoor, physically active position assisting truck drivers with covering and securing materials on flatbed trailers.

👷 WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Assist drivers with covering materials on flatbed trucks
• Unroll and position large tarps over materials on flatbed trailers
• Secure tarps using straps, bungee cords, and other equipment
• Ensure materials are properly covered and secured before trucks leave the facility
• Work safely and efficiently while following site procedures
• Perform physical work outdoors in changing weather conditions
• Maintain a clean and safe work area

🕒 SCHEDULE:

Monday – Friday

1st Shift: 9:45 AM – 6:30 PM

2nd Shift: 1:45 PM – 10:15 PM

💰 PAY:

$19.00/HOUR

✅ REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to provide two valid forms of identification (Photo ID & Social Security Card)
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
• Steel-toe boots are required
• Must be comfortable performing physical work outdoors
• Must be comfortable working in different weather conditions
• Reliable transportation to and from the job site is required
• No public transportation is available near the job site
• Must be willing to complete a background check
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Must be available to start as soon as possible
