The Role • Develop, revise, and manage highly regulated military training documentation for a Navy program office. • Translate complex technical specifications into standardized Navy instructional materials and strategic plans. • Create clear and concise instructions for Sailors on training systems and C4I capabilities. • Update program training materials, including courseware, curriculum support documentation, and training media. • Author or edit DoD and DoN training documentation, ensuring alignment with naval education standards. • Distill complex communications engineering data into easily understandable instructions for diverse audiences. What You'll Need • Experience developing and editing Navy technical manuals for Fleet Systems. • Familiarity with military communications equipment. • Knowledge of Navy training policy, including OPNAVINST 1500.76 series and NAVEDTRA 130 series for curriculum development. • Experience with Navy manpower and training databases (e.g., HARPS, CMATT). • Ability to update and revise various communication program documentation and training materials. • A Secret clearance is required.
