Organizational Life Coach

Delta Defense seeks an Organizational Life Coach to elevate performance, engagement, and growth across our Human Resources & Talent Management function. In this role, you will design and deliver coaching programs that support leaders and team members in a fast-growing, mission-driven environment serving responsible gun owners. You'll conduct assessments, facilitate 1:1 and group coaching, and partner with HR to build development plans aligned to our values of integrity, personal responsibility, and servant leadership.
