Scrum Master / Delivery Lead - Hybrid

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Scrum Master / Delivery Lead for a hybrid position (3 days per week) with a Global Financial Institution located in Chandler, AZ. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

This role will support a Private Cloud Transformation program to deliver infrastructure-as-code via opinionated Tech Stacks into strategic new datacenters. The Scrum Master/Delivery Lead supporting the Portfolio Management Office (PMO) is responsible for end-to-end leadership, coordination, and delivery of strategic programs and projects. This position blends enterprise delivery leadership, portfolio governance, and lean portfolio management to ensure initiatives achieve targeted business outcomes while remaining compliant with enterprise standards.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with senior leaders, executive sponsors, and portfolio stakeholders to define target business outcomes, success metrics, and delivery priorities
• Support portfolio level planning, delivery coordination, and dependency management across multiple programs, projects, and workstreams
• Provide visibility into portfolio health, delivery status, risks, dependencies, financials, and outcomes to senior management
• Drive alignment across business units, technology teams, vendors, and enterprise partners to achieve strategic outcomes
• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, integration, and delivery of programs and projects of varying complexity
• Define and manage scope, schedule, milestones, budget, financials, and resourcing
• Translate strategic objectives into executable delivery plans, roadmaps, and action plans
• Identify, manage, and resolve risks, issues, dependencies, and impediments across initiatives
• Develop and maintain documentation, business cases, plans, presentations, status reports, and executive summaries
• Apply Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Hybrid delivery approaches as appropriate to initiative needs
• Track and roll up delivery of Epics, Features, Stories, and Initiatives to portfolio level objectives using Agile tools

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Agile Scrum Master or Delivery Lead
• Experience with portfolio governance and lean portfolio management
• Strong background in program and project management, leading initiatives from planning to delivery
• Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira
• Ability to partner with senior business and technology leaders to drive strategic outcomes

Desired skills:

• Familiarity with Application and Data Messaging concepts, including Relational and Non-Relational Database Platforms, Application Messaging Platforms, API Gateways, and Identity Management

Pay range: $63.94 - $71.94 per hour
