Job Title: Epic Resolute Professional Billing Analyst

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Epic Resolute Professional Billing (RPB) Analyst to support the design, configuration, implementation, optimization, and maintenance of the Epic Resolute Professional Billing application. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Epic Revenue Cycle workflows, billing operations, claims processing, and reimbursement, while collaborating with business and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, maintain, and optimize the Epic Resolute Professional Billing (RPB) application.

• Build and support billing workflows, charge capture, claims processing, reimbursement, payment posting, and collections functionality.

• Configure billing rules, work queues, edits, reports, and system interfaces to support Revenue Cycle operations.

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Epic application configurations.

• Participate in system implementation, upgrades, optimization initiatives, and enhancement projects.

• Troubleshoot application issues, identify root causes, and provide timely resolutions.

• Develop and execute unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for system changes.

• Collaborate with Revenue Cycle, Finance, Clinical, and IT teams to improve billing accuracy and operational efficiency.

• Create and maintain application documentation, workflows, build specifications, and support procedures.

• Provide production support and assist end users with application-related issues.

• Ensure compliance with organizational standards, regulatory requirements, and Epic best practices.
