Job Description

WHO WE ARE:

Founded in 2007, DTI (Diversified Technology, Inc.) is a successful African American owned IT Consulting/Staffing firm based in Chicago''s Loop.

 

WHAT WE DO:

We focus on providing delivery, staffing, and supported services such as enterprise integration/implementations including, but not limited to, CRM, EAM, ERP, PMO, and QA. We service clients in SLED (state/local gov''t & education), financial services, fortune, public utility, as well as regularly partnering with Big 4 SI partners.

 

Position Overview

This role is critical to ensuring seamless system connectivity across the enterprise utility landscape and requires strong expertise in SAP IS-U integrations, enterprise architecture, data flow management, and cross-platform solution delivery. The consultant will support the design, documentation, testing, and execution of integrations between SAP IS-U and a broad ecosystem of enterprise applications including Billing, FICA, CRM, Device Management, EDM, Work Management, Finance, external market systems, and third-party technologies.

Location: 100% Remote

Duration: 9+ Months

 

Functional SNAP, TANF and Medicaid SME 2-5 Years

 

Role Title: Analyst Required

Skills: 2-4 years of experience Preferred Skills:

• Demonstrated ability to participate in design sessions and facilitate outcomes with multiple stakeholders

• Demonstrated experience working within or alongside a case management system for social benefit programs, with the ability to incorporate case worker workflows, customer/member experience considerations, roles/permissions, task management, and correspondence/notice impact into solution design and delivery requirements

• Demonstrated experience translating federal and state requirements into delivery-ready artifacts (e.g., business requirements, user stories, process flows, decision logic, acceptance criteria, and traceability)

• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), with demonstrated experience conducting delivery risk assessments and developing practical mitigation recommendations

• Technical/solution design capability, including API design/behavior, integration/data flow considerations, and impacts to mobile and multi-channel experience

• Working knowledge of SQL for data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting Responsibilities

• Understanding of SNAP, TANF, QHP, Medicaid/Medicare programs, including the operational impacts of policy changes (2-4 years of work experience)

• Experience with gathering requirements, working with clients, cross-functional stakeholders, drive alignment across policy, operations, vendors, and delivery teams

• Translate federal/state requirements into system-ready artifacts (business requirements, user stories, process flows, decision logic, acceptance criteria, and traceability)

• Support solution design for complex systems, including API behavior, integration patterns, data flows, and mobile/channel impacts

• Work within or alongside a case management system for social benefit programs, incorporating case worker workflows, customer/member experience, roles/permissions, tasks, and correspondence/notice impacts

• Plan and support testing for eligibility and enrollment, including edge cases, regression impacts, and end-to-end scenarios across channels

• Support testing and validation of interfaces/integrations (upstream/downstream), including error handling and reconciliation

• Apply a strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC); conduct delivery risk assessments and develop mitigation recommendations

• Perform data validation and troubleshooting using SQL as needed Expected Deliverable(s)

• Incident triage and root cause analysis.

• Production operations for key activities

• Creating SQL scripts for data analysis.

• Translate business requirements into system requirements and create/update BRD/FDD’s accordingly.

• Perform independent validations of changes in pipeline.

 

Rate: $40/hr on W2
