Key Responsibilities
  • Design end-to-end services that are user-centred, efficient, and aligned to business objectives.

  • Partner with innovation designers and operations teams to create bespoke content and customized experiences.

  • Map current and future state services, customer journeys, and service blueprints

  • Plan and execute workshop logistics to ensure an immersive and smooth journey for clients.

  • Facilitate discovery, co-design, and design workshops with users and stakeholders

  • Foster long term client relationships through thoughtful and innovative experience design.

  • Translate user needs, insights, and research into service design concepts and improvements

  • Collaborate with product, delivery, and technical teams to embed service design into delivery

  • Identify service pain points, risks, and opportunities for improvement - ensure services meet accessibility, usability, and inclusion standards

  • Support implementation by providing clear service artefacts and design guidance - drive continuous improvement through measurement, feedback, and iteration

Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong experience with service design tools and methods (e.g. journey mapping, service blueprints).

  • Master proficiency in System Designs.

  • A minimum of 4 of experience in relevant related skills.

  • Experience facilitating workshops and engaging diverse stakeholder groups

  • Strong understanding of human centred design and user research practices

  • Experience working in Agile or multidisciplinary delivery teams

  • Familiarity with accessibility and usability standards

  • Strong communication, storytelling, and facilitation skills

  • Ability to translate complex services into clear, user focused designs

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies or minimum required level of experience.

Bonus points if you have
  • Advanced proficiency in creative problem solving.

  • Intermediate proficiency in project coordination.

  • Advanced proficiency in client engagement.

  • Intermediate proficiency in workshop facilitation.

  • Beginner proficiency in innovation strategy.

Mandatory Requirements

Candidate must be an Australian Citizen with Baseline Security Clearance
