Merchandising Specialist

Our client, an international fashion company, is looking for a Merchandising Specialist to support the planning and execution of seasonal collections across multiple product lines. The role works closely with Design, Product Development, Production, Sales, and Planning teams to ensure collections are commercially balanced, aligned with business goals, and responsive to market trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Seasonal collection planning and definition of collection architecture across categories and price points.

• Assortment planning, line lists, collection grids, and pricing structure.

• Cross functional collaboration throughout product development and collection execution.

• Performance analysis, hindsight reports, competitor benchmarking, and market insights.

• Go to market support including presentations, sell in tools, and feedback collection.

Qualifications

• Degree in Merchandising, Product Management, Business or related fields.

• 3-5 years of experience in collection merchandising within structured consumer goods environments.

• Strong analytical skills, excellent Excel proficiency, and familiarity with PLM/ERP systems.

• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
