Project Manager – Healthcare Systems

Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Project Manager to manage system integrations, production support, enhancements, and technology initiatives across non-hospital healthcare divisions. The PM will work closely with business stakeholders and Enterprise Technology teams to troubleshoot issues, implement solutions, and ensure systems align with program objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage case management, RICLAS billing, and Quality Assurance/incident reporting systems.
• Lead system integrations, enhancements, and special projects.
• Triage production issues and coordinate timely resolution.
• Follow structured SDLC processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Partner with technology teams on deployments, maintenance, security, and system support.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and escalate critical issues promptly.
