Your role at DynatraceYour role at DynatraceWe're looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of Dynatrace professional services across Federal Government and Public Sector customers.In this role, you'll partner with customers, delivery teams, and senior stakeholders to successfully deliver complex technology initiatives within secure and highly regulated environments. You'll be responsible for guiding projects from planning through to completion, ensuring outcomes are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to customer expectations.You'll act as the primary delivery contact for customers, bringing clarity to project execution, managing risks and dependencies, and fostering strong stakeholder relationships. Working closely with Account Executives, Services Leadership, Program Managers, and Customer Success teams, you'll help customers realise value from their Dynatrace investment while identifying opportunities for continued growth and success.This is an opportunity to work with some of Australia's most significant government organisations while contributing to the delivery of innovative observability and software intelligence solutions.What you'll doProject Delivery & LeadershipLead the delivery of customer projects throughout the full project lifecycle, from initiation through to successful completion.Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and delivery roadmaps.Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful execution of project outcomes.Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies.Ensure project deliverables meet agreed quality standards and customer expectations.Stakeholder EngagementBuild trusted relationships with customer stakeholders, project teams, and executive sponsors.Facilitate project governance forums, status meetings, and steering committee updates.Communicate project progress, achievements, risks, and mitigation plans to a range of technical and non-technical audiences.Support executive reporting and engagement activities alongside Program Managers and Services Leadership.Governance & Operational ExcellenceMaintain project documentation, reporting, and governance artefacts.Drive effective risk, issue, change, and escalation management processes.Promote consistent project delivery practices, methodologies, and tools.Monitor project performance and proactively address challenges to maintain delivery success.Collaboration & Customer SuccessPartner with Dynatrace technical teams, consultants, and customer-facing functions to ensure successful delivery outcomes.Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to delivery best practices.Share customer feedback and insights to help drive ongoing customer success and growth opportunities.What will help you succeedWhat will help you succeedRequired ExperienceProven experience managing customer-facing technology, software, or digital transformation projects.Experience delivering projects within enterprise, SaaS, cloud, or IT environments.Strong project planning, stakeholder management, and delivery leadership skills.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced and evolving environments.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently across technical teams, business stakeholders, and executives.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk management capabilities.Experience working within structured project governance frameworks and methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.A collaborative and customer-focused approach, with a commitment to delivering quality outcomes.Preferred ExperienceExperience delivering projects within Australian Federal Government or other highly regulated environments.Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent).Agile certification (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe or similar).ITIL certification.Knowledge of observability, application performance monitoring, cloud operations, or related technology domains.Familiarity with Dynatrace or similar enterprise software platforms.Security RequirementsNV1 Security Clearance is highly regarded, candidates who are eligible and willing to obtain an NV1 Security Clearance are encouraged to apply.Why you will love being a DynatracerWhy Dynatrace?At Dynatrace, you'll work alongside talented people who are passionate about innovation, customer success, and continuous learning.
