Job Description

We're looking for a Business Development Executive to join our growing Civil & Interior Contracting team in Mumbai. If you have experience in business development within the construction, interiors, or contracting industry and enjoy building client relationships, we'd love to hear from you.


Role Responsibilities:

• Generate and qualify new business opportunities.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Understand client requirements and prepare project proposals.

• Coordinate with technical and project teams to deliver tailored solutions.

• Track market trends and identify new growth opportunities.

• Achieve business development targets and contribute to the company's expansion.


Requirements:

2-3 years of experience in Business Development within the Civil & Interior Contracting industry.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Self-driven, target-oriented, and customer-focused.

Graduate (any discipline).
