The Role

• Gain hands-on experience in business administration, focusing on core economic principles.
• Participate in practical phases with a partner company, applying academic learning to real-world scenarios.
• Choose from five specializations from the 3rd semester onwards: Accounting & Controlling, Tax Consultancy, Social Management, Retail Management, or Logistics Management.
• Contribute to budget planning, market analysis, and the creation of management reports.
• Analyze processes and identify areas for optimization, proposing relevant improvements.

What You'll Need

• Completed secondary school qualification (Abitur, Fachabitur) or a recognized vocational qualification.
• German language proficiency at B2 level.
• Strong understanding of mathematics and logical reasoning skills.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• High sense of responsibility and the capacity for independent work.
• Ability to work effectively both individually and as part of a team.
• Good English language skills.
