Are you a Sales Manager from an Agricultural Machinery background who is comfortable managing a small team of regional sales representative looking to join a main dealership who can offer excellent renumeration through high basic and further commission incentives?

In this role you will be responsible for managing the success of a small team of Sales Reps across Scotland. You'll be mentoring juniors, improving KPI's and helping to identify new key accounts whilst covering a small patch across Fife and Perth directly. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a leadership position where they can still make an impact and engage customers and clients directly.

This role would suit a Sales Manager or similar from an Agricultural Machinery background looking for the opportunity to work in a leadership position whilst still being able to generate your own business and lead from the front.

The Role:

• Managing a small team of Field Sales Representatives across Scotland
• Reporting to the company Directors
• Improving KPI's and training junior staff
• Mentoring and further developing established sales representatives
• Generate new sales and key accounts across a local patch (Fife and Perthshire)

The Person:

• Sales Manager or similar
• Previous experience selling Agricultural Machinery
