About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to lead the design and execution of electrical systems for multi-family, commercial, and civic/government projects. The ideal candidate will have strong electrical design experience, a Professional Engineer (PE) license, and the ability to mentor junior engineers while managing multiple projects.

Responsibilities
Design and oversee electrical systems for multi-family, commercial, and civic/government projects.
Prepare and review electrical drawings and construction documents using Autodesk Revit.
Ensure designs comply with building codes, engineering standards, and life safety requirements.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Support construction activities, including submittal reviews and RFI responses.
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership.
Maintain quality standards and ensure timely project delivery.
Qualifications
Bachelor''''''''s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Professional Engineer (PE) License required.
10+ years of electrical engineering experience with a strong focus on electrical design.
Experience with multi-family, commercial, and civic/government projects.
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
Strong knowledge of electrical system design, building codes, and life safety standards.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
