The Role • Conduct internal training sessions focused on optometry and utilize state-of-the-art technology within the store. • Provide expert optical consultations to customers and support colleagues with optometric matters. • Perform refractions and ensure standardized refraction procedures are followed by the team. • Oversee the store's technical equipment and contribute store management expertise. What You'll Need • Substantial experience in refraction and/or contact lens fitting. • A completed certification as a Master Optician (m/w/d). • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude to engage customers with products. • A strong team player mentality focused on achieving company objectives.
