Responsibilities:Coordinate complex marketing and packaging projects from initial concept through final production and market launch. Maintain robust project timelines, track critical deliverables, and proactively mitigate bottlenecks to ensure on-time execution. Champion the packaging development process by managing essential assets like dielines, nutrition panels, and brand logos. Facilitate seamless cross-functional alignment by leading status meetings and distributing actionable project updates.

Act as the primary day-to-day liaison for external agencies, vendors, photographers, and print production partners. Oversee digital and print artwork reviews to guarantee all files are production-ready and fully compliant with quality standards. Optimize daily marketing operations by managing digital asset libraries, tracking budgets, and refining workflow efficiencies. Qualifications:3-5 years of dedicated experience in marketing coordination, project management, or marketing operations.

Professional bilingual fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent project timelines and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

Bonus Points: Background in the CPG, food, or beverage industries with specific experience in packaging development and print production.
