Position: Ping Security Analyst

Location: 100% Remote

Contract: 12+ Months Contract

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Ping Security Analyst to support enterprise Identity & Access Management (IAM) initiatives in a 100% remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and support PingFederate, PingAccess, PingOne SSO, and PingDirectory.
• Implement and troubleshoot Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions using SAML, OAuth, and OIDC.
• Configure IdP/SP connections, policies, adapters, selectors, and contract mappings.
• Manage access tokens, OIDC policies, and application onboarding.
• Monitor IAM platforms, develop dashboards, alerts, and performance metrics.
• Renew certificates and provide production support.
• Resolve incidents through ServiceNow and participate in 24x7 on-call support (PagerDuty).
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to ensure secure authentication and authorization.
