Job description

Aramco, a leader in retail technology and e-commerce, seeks an Analyzer Engineer to build and optimize data-driven solutions that power customer-centric decisions. In this role, you will design and maintain robust data pipelines across POS, inventory, and digital channels, ensuring high data quality and reliability. You will develop analytics models, dashboards, and experimentation frameworks that inform pricing, merchandising, and supply chain strategies. Partnering closely with engineering, product, and operations teams, you will use large-scale data to uncover insights, support innovation, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced, experimentation-focused culture.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain data analysis pipelines for retail operations and customer behavior.
  • Build and optimize data acquisition from POS, inventory, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Develop analytics models and dashboards to support merchandising, pricing, and supply chain decisions.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and retail operations teams to define data requirements.
  • Ensure data quality, validation, and integrity across large-scale datasets.
  • Implement monitoring and alerting for key retail performance metrics.
  • Contribute to experimentation frameworks, A/B tests, and data-driven product decisions.
  • Document systems, workflows, and technical standards for analytics platforms.
