Job Description
OpenAI is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers to lead end-to-end deployments of frontier models in production for strategic customers. You will own discovery, scoping, system design, build, and rollout, working directly with customer engineering and domain teams.
You will measure success through production adoption, workflow impact, and feedback guiding product roadmaps, collaborating with Product, Research, Partnerships, GRC, Security, and GTM teams.
