The Role

• Manufacture simple to complex cables and assemblies according to standards, technical drawings, and work plans.
• Perform professional stripping of wires and cables with manual skill and experience.
• Shrink hoses and molded parts as part of the assembly process.
• Crimp and solder contacts, and meticulously assemble connectors.
• Conduct self-inspections of work quality within defined test processes.
• Repair and maintain cables and assemblies of varying complexity.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training with a focus on electronics or mechatronics, or equivalent qualification.
• Alternatively, extensive professional experience in cable manufacturing with proven practical knowledge.
• Good understanding of technical drawings, parts lists, and work instructions.
• Diligence, reliability, and a high standard for quality in your work.
• Willingness to work a 2-shift system (Monday to Friday, no weekend work).
• Ability to work independently, in a structured manner, and maintain an overview of complex tasks.
