The Role • Conduct maintenance, inspections, testing, repairs, and upgrades to ensure the safe and reliable operation of technical systems. • Monitor technical status, process maintenance requests, and perform regular technical walkthroughs. • Coordinate and supervise external subcontractors, ensuring quality and proper acceptance of their work. • Participate in technical projects and support energy management initiatives for improved efficiency. • Manage technical data, process relevant information, and maintain legally compliant documentation. • Participate in on-call duty to ensure rapid response to any technical disruptions. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training as a skilled worker or master in electrical engineering (e.g., energy and building technology, building energy and infrastructure systems, electrical operations technology, or communication and security technology). • Several years of professional experience and knowledge of relevant regulations. • Good IT skills, particularly in MS Office and CAFM systems. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for technical challenges. • Enthusiasm, teamwork, service orientation, and a willingness for further training. • A valid driver's license (Class B).
